"Bread" in Kurdish, is the link with our history and our roots, both on a cultural and restaurant level. We prepare it every day, with a pinch of sweetness, and it is round, plump and soft. "Autumn", the season of the first cold breezes and the consequent gastronomic pampering. The bread is the Pogaca, round, robust and fragrant, of our creation. It is somewhat reminiscent of pan brioche, but with less sweet notes. Inside, in addition to the strips of veal and turkey dipped in a special yoghurt sauce without garlic, there are: crunchy salad, an assortment of sautéed mushrooms, our onions caramelized in white wine and a slice of stringy cheese to mix the layers.
